Got an 11" Acer V5-171 over the weekend. This was a really inexpensive machine at $749. At 1.35kg with the battery pack on, it's light enough to bring around. The hardware is compatible with Linux. As an icing on top of the cake, it's far more powerful then what I need it for. It has an i5 processor and 8G of ram (I got a free 4G ram upgrade from the shop).
